I just got my blood test results from the doctor for my yearly check up at the age of 38; I had some issues and I realized it was time to do something about it. My total cholesterol was 285, and I was 233Lbs, that is estimated 53 Lbs over my ideal weight, and I could not quit smoking. I am a desk jockey and never have energy to do anything after work other than watch TV and eat dinner. I needed to change my lifestyle for the better.
I started off with the “Non-Smoker MindSet” I was shocked how easy it was to use then I decided to keep going and purchased the Hypnosis for Bad Habits and Thinking Thin Mindsets, these got me started I joined a gym as started slow with walking on the treadmill and eating right, I did not realize how easy it is to eat healthy once you think that way. I became a bit more heath minded than I ever thought I would and decided to start working out at the gym and doing more. The more I worked out the more energy I had to do things and the less I wanted to just sit in front of the TV. I ended up getting the Workout Part 1 and Pat 2 as well as the HGH release Mindsets, and finished it all up with the Meditation 101 to relax me on my off days and I feel great after! I was a bit concerned about the Meditation being a bit too out of my comfort zone, but I suggest it to anyone, its easy and will walk you thru how to breathe and everything. I am now 196 Lbs (lost 37 lbs) my cholesterol is down 82 points and will be dropping even more I am sure. I look better all my cloths fit and I have so much energy and feel so great. I don’t smoke and eat healthy without even thinking about it. I used brainwave entrainment MindSets to change my life, they worked for me and I am thankful.
