A 15 minute deep alpha session, meant for a quick relaxation and stress relief break.
MindSet can also be used for light cat or "power" naps.
Recordings used with this session will fade in at 4.5 minutes and fade out at 13.5 minutes.
To use this session, find a quiet place, free of distraction. Make sure you are comfortable, in a chair or lying down.
After starting the session, close your eyes and try to relax (your eyes should be closed, even if you are using screen flashing or light goggles). During the session you should remain as calm and relaxed as possible. Fidgeting constantly could act to bring you out of the target brainwave pattern.
