This session acts to correct a hemispheric imbalance and focus the brain. Use it to reduce ADD, performance anxiety and to increase the mental functioning of seniors. Because separate stimulation is presented to each brain hemisphere, headphones are required. It is important to make sure that your headphones are on correctly, with the right side on your right ear, and left side on your left ear.
