This session can be very intense towards the end as the beat frequency entrains the entire gamma brainwave frequency spectrum from 40Hz through 80Hz which is the cutoff for the lambda brainwave frequency range. Users new to brainwave entrainment and beta training my want to refrain from using this session due to its intensity as this session is intended to be used as a daily mental workout, or else to be used as a wake up session in the morning.
